During the entire production process of Al ingots, monitoring of the individual operations is done, checking chemical analyses, etc. and all of that is specified in the casting document for each individual melting.

The laboratory is equipped with the spectrometer type BRUKER Magellan Q8 to carry out the precise chemical analysis and the testing machine for the density index in vacuum 3VT LC DT for the check of gassing.

For each melting, the output certificate of the chemical composition is issued and control samples are attached.
